Check
One visit can be scheduled every year in order to check PABX on each shop. Fundamental functions will be tested as well as incidents messages, alarms, redundancy, etc.

Inventory
A full inventory of each PABX equipment and spare parts will be done. A listing will be created and/or updated. It will be done at the same time as CHECK Service.

Document
A specific technical documentation, with major PABX configuration, specific features or set-up information, will be created and/or updated.  

Backup
In order to avoid too old, unchecked or defective backup(s), new backup(s) will be performed, including database and specific configuration.
