Assistance to be provided by e-mail, (or on line if immediate availability), to the on board technical staff in charge of the telephone system.
Remote
A remote connection will be performed in order to diagnose a reported problem on the telephone system or for minor modifications.
Prevent
A remote connection will be performed, in order to check the fundamental functions of the telephone system.
Support
Service on board to be provided in order to perform trouble shooting, testing, or for minor modifications on Customer’s PABX equipment. Enhancement or major modifications including new parts, news configuration file, or new software release will require specific quotations.
